Bala Kumaran brings incredible dynamism to everything he does, from business strategy, to brand and digital enablement.
In his career, Bala has a track record of building businesses from scratch and scaling them into thriving enterprises poised for further growth. His experience of various market landscapes such as India, the Middle East, US and Australia helps bring targeted and strategic success across businesses.
He has founded and scaled several successful companies such as BrandStory Digital, Origin UX and Picture Quotient among others, impacting more than 500 brands across geographies through creative and strategic approaches.
Kadambari Misra
A color-crazy Southpaw, Kadambari identifies as an absolute explorer and learner of all things design, history, anthropology, languages, and ancient cultures. When not leading an equally color-crazy team of designers, she loves wandering in the labyrinths of history, dreaming up the next dress-up for Iconic Women Project, and indulging in some feline love with her cat Moses (you’ll see him by her side on most virtual calls).
Apart from the many things that brim up her cauldron of interests, she is a keen collector of tarot and divination cards, which she reads for herself and her friends. This NID Ahmedabad alumna and TEDx speaker believes authentic storytelling is everything, and feeling her way through brands in order to create original and compelling stories keeps her going.
Her comic timing will mostly not guarantee a chuckle, but we guarantee her design storytelling will leave you with a smile.

Born and raised in Mumbai, Sujata was planning to fossilize in the City of Dreams, but life had other plans. This biotech postgraduate landed in the world of words by fluke and decided to stay. With over a decade of experience in content in various domains, such as law school journals, finance, events, integrated marketing, and editing, she brings core subject matter expertise and flawless execution to the table with each project.
This marathon runner loves marathon brainstorming sessions, befriends Indies, and finds calm in the loneliness of long distance running.
When not juggling pitch decks, campaign ideas, brand strategy research, and social media content, she enjoys movies, books, theater, and travel.
Pooja G Aatraya
Brand Communication Lead
Lovingly called Pooji, this true-blue Banglorean eats, breathes, and lives brand strategy like no other. When not obsessing over brand communication, she loves to travel, hike, learn a language or write fiction. This football fanatic and fantasy geek will travel anywhere (and if possible even teleport) to get her hands on spicy food. If you ever find a weird individual cleaning a table at a cafe after they are done eating, it’s probably miss P.
A lifelong learner, hardcore hustler, and free-spirited thinker, she’s probably in her sixth meeting of the day to craft yet another unique strategy as you read this.

There are no prizes for guessing Arul’s favorite color. Most days he’s seen in an all-black outfit creating the most colorful and immersive design storytelling. A post-graduate in communication design, this admired senior pours passion across projects.
When not buried in deadlines, he’s buried in sketching, photography, travel, and movies. An ardent follower of global art, Arul always aspires to go the extra mile, and this shows in his team’s work. A lifelong learner, this Kottayam boy is most ably spearheading a team of passionate creators.

Visual Communication Designer
We call him RK…well, he’d like that to be Ranbir Kapoor but it’s Raj Koothrappali. Born in Aamchi Mumbai, this visual magician never stops surprising us with his unique thinking and clever design. His flawless work ethic and never-give-up attitude have won him quite a few client appreciation emails. In his free time, Manoj enjoys discovering new places on his bike or indulges in a good game of badminton.
Living by the mantra ‘Think. Adapt. Achieve.’, helps him satiate his creative hunger and helps us achieve client delight - best win-win ever!
Sudipta Mitra
Graphic Designer
You better pronounce her name right - Shoe-dip-taa - or this roastmaster will make sure you eventually get it. Ms. Mitra is from the City of Joy and is the happiest in exploring her creative side through the engrossing world of design. A NIFT alumna, this graphic designer is a self-confessed PJ master and is known to break into a laughing fit at the oddest of times (her team-mates pray she stays sane during important meetings).
Staying curious fuels her creative streak and crafting visually compelling stories drives her.
P.S. Did we mention she also finds utmost joy in gorging on rasgullas?

If ‘Pehle Aap’ had a face, it would be Aakash’s - janaab Lucknow se hain! Don’t believe us? You are always welcome to our studio to strike up a conversation with him on all things poems and film-making. This goal-oriented go-getter ensures no production deadline is missed and no creative factor is compromised.
He loves “reading” movies and tries to relate to an absolutely unrelatable scene just because of one similarity. Well, the quirks just don’t end. By the way, quirk ko Hindi mai kya kehte hai?
Sayak Mondal

One sees true love in Sayak’s eyes when…one, he’s editing a video and second, when there is rice in front of him. This Mass Comm graduate is besotted with film-making, obsessed with football, and loves unleashing the chef in him quite often. When not immersed in editing, he’s found binging on one of the latest series, and his dark sense of humor is quite a personality in itself.
P.S. Most will surely mispronounce his name, and he’ll be sweet enough not to correct them. It’s Shaa-yolk!

Production Lead
Leona a.k.a. Leo is quite the in-house lioness when it comes to capturing those perfect BTS shots and transforming them into flawless digital content. Our youngest hustler with the most contagious smile and ‘will get it done’ attitude, ensures nothing is left to chance on a set. When not acing yet another shoot, this Mass Media graduate is found testing her vocal cords and strumming a tune or two on an ukulele.
She enjoys pretending to be good at calculations - an important life skill she believes. And Old McDonald’s Had A Farm and Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star are the current chartbusters on her playlist. Yes, we said youngest, but she isn’t under 5 - just clarifying!

When Gotham is not on fire - read not drowning in URLs, landing pages, and figma links - this Batman wears his cape to crush an opponent at badminton, squash or volleyball.

This Salem boy loves to travel and is a photography buff. A true anomaly in the world of HR, this young hustler is always superbly multitasking - managing HR duties and much more like a pro!
